Suggestion Title: Being able to edit ORs
Suggestion Description: So when a CPL+ post an OR make it so they can edit it just in case they have made a mistake in there or they missed something out like a spelling mistake or they worded something wrong

Why should this be added?:
- Help a lot of people who miss stuff in ORs that then cant go back and edit it

What negatives could this have?:
- None that i can think off

What problem would this suggestion solve?: What I said above like spelling mistakes can then be changed

In the previous version of plpd.online, the command had the ability to edit ORs, and officers would create tickets if they encountered any issues. I believe this system should be retained for supervision purposes.

Additionally, please make sure to double-check your reports.

If this is added (which I agree is a valuable feature) it should show that the OR has been edited, and contain a previous version for people to see what the OR was before the edit. This is how social media handles editing posts, messages etc. and it's the ideal way to do it to stop people using the edit feature for deception, and still allow it to be a useful fix to correct typos, mistakes, oversights, or add something later on.

I agree it should be clear if it has been edited. As Valentine said, if its only available to supervisors/command then really there should be no concers about any being tampered with to deceive. Alternatively, we could enact policy to ensure the edits are approved by a member of command before they're accepted.

I agree maybe only SGT+ can change but command must be sent the new copy on a helpdesk and then they approve it and can ask why you want to edit unless that’s to much work I’m not sure
