Suggestion Title: Being able to transfer a certain amount of drugs
Suggestion Description: Now you can only drag an entire stack of drugs even while using right click, make it so for example if I have a stack of 200 drugs and I open my storage I can store 100 of those 200 by right clicking and putting the number in.

Why should this be added?:
- Quality of life, easier to store or take out an exact amount of drugs.

What negatives could this have?:
- I am not aware of any but will update this list if anyone comments negatives.

Its become significantly more difficult to sell meth to sweaters now that I need to take a whole stack out, drop it on the floor and store the rest!

I saw this update when it happened, i am very happy to sell and transport more drugs. Like, my drugdealer is very happy about the amount is going through!
