Blackjack Card Stack?

So I’ve been playing the blackjack table for 2 days in a row, and don’t worry, I’m not a dumb gambler and I’m not down any money, but I was wondering, the card stack for blackjack, is it completely random each round, or is there a set stack the game goes off of? Is it regenerated every server restart? If it is completely random each round, what’s the chances per card? Anyone know?
