Why should this appeal be considered?: A long time ago I made very sexual remarks in ooc and I was also very toxic towards other people, this resulted in me being blacklisted from global chat permanently. I have refrained myself from speaking in a such a manner and I would very much like to have my global chat perms back. I am very sorry for constantly saying inappropriate things in ooc.
