Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.1 1.4 (Being disrespectful to a member of the community and attempting to start drama)
Why should this appeal be considered?: I believe the appeal should be considered as I have apologised to Clarky, and explained the situation and what I did wrong. I'd like to be able to speak in OOC/Help chat to be able to help players that are asking questions, and its annoying to see nobody else answer, I understand what I said to Clarky was extremely inappropriate, and I had come off a communications ban not long ago, however I would like to be given another chance to show that I have become a "reformed" person, and would like to help the community.
