Why were you punished?: for killing an civilian with my nightstick while they were unconscious
Why should this appeal be considered?: i got blacklisted from police for hitting a civilian and i thought that the night stick is non lethal as i read and i don't know why i hit the civilian but i just wanted to make an appeal so i can get my job back as i want to be a officer again fighting bad guys and chasing them as well
