Why were you punished?: 1.1 - User, on multiple occasions over April, made various disrespectful comments in OOC.

Why should this appeal be considered?: This was made due to a conflict between me and another person in OOC, he called me retarded multiple times while I was trying to help my friends that was killing the mayor after he gave me warning shots while he was on TFU from the bridge, which he then shot me in the head while I was unarmed. I am sorry for how I was talking to him in OOC but he kept on antagonizing me and getting others to join the conflict against me while he was clearly in the wrong. I will make sure this doesn't happen again and I have been trying. I don't except it to be lifted but maybe at least a shortened blacklist? I get I was rude to others over April but they were clearly being more rude, obnoxious, and blaming me for something they caused.

I have seen you display a toxic attitude in OOC various times over the month when a situation does not go your way. I reviewed your OOC logs, and this confirmed it; there were at least seven different times you have been disrespectful towards other players in OOC over the past month. You should sit this one out and use this time to think about how you word your messages to other players in OOC.

In regards to the other players you've mentioned, you are free to create an Action Request on them if you feel they should also be punished.
