i have realised what i have done and i apologize it will not happen again and i wish to be apart of the plpd again

Your PD blacklist seems to be an internal blacklist, use this site in order to dispute/ appeal it. For future reference to appealing normal blacklists however, please use the template provided when you create a thread.
To appeal it, send a helpdesk towards PSD(Professional Standards Department).
They may set you as a Probationary Officer, in which you will have to collect ORs in order to get instated to the Officer rank again.
you will be set a date, when this date passes, your ORs will be reviewed and it will be decided if you pass/fail your review.
