Why were you punished?: "4.1 - Trolling as Secret Service, encouraging other Agents and Police Officers to kill each other and picking fights with a civilian."
Why should this appeal be considered?: The Person who made the IA complaint went behind the chain of command and bypassed how the IA should've went i had 0 chance to dispute during the IA which i feel is blatant corruption. I sent an IA in it took 3 days to get taken and now the other individual has the chance to defend themselves but you never gave me such.
I do wish to dispute specifics of written warning:
1.) "Shooting an LEO in the hospital" from my footage i never once shot a LEO in hospital.
2.) "Jailbreaking arrested SS out of jail" i was never aware we were jailbreaking that SS from jail. (Got clips BTW)
3.) "fighting with civis outside storage" that fight with the civi outside storage was started by said civi. (got Clips btw)
4.) "Criminal damage to a store on shop street" we dead ass you are writing a complaint on this? you can find my other rant below on what your bullshit admins fucking do. (way worse then me breaking a window that will fix itself in 1 minute)
5.) "Misuse of radio" No idea what you mean, ill need some context to this.
6.) "Shooting and rendering a SS agent unconscious on shop street" none of my footage shows me doing such
7.) "shooting and rendering a civilian unconscious outside the Hospital" Was the same Civi from storage who again started the fight and i lost then i got revived the civi was right there UNCUFFED which i then put down cuffed and revived but a officer came to check
Additional Information: what myself and my friends have allegedly have done is so less. now im sure you guys would claim "You are suppose to be following the laws as government employee" which is fair but you seem to hold the player base to a higher standard then your own admins so lets talk about what your admins do constantly. (cause leading by example and all.)
1.) i was RDMed by Ezza and lost my job XP cause of him. (got clips BTW)
2.) others RDMed me multiple times. (got clips BTW)
3.) i had a cop Execute me with no warning and 0 words spoken all during high pop. (Got clips BTW)
4.) i made multiple complaints on EMS, Taxi, which were all minging and no one got rid of them. while the admins were on but they where busy RDMing the server. (Got clips BTW)
but you guys wanna complain about what i do with my friends ON DOWNTIME 4AM to 7AM EST when no cops, EMS or others are on is bullshit.
You guys moderate people actually having fun with their friends then you do actual fucking minges. Benjamin Garrick is a fun fun example, he has had multiple i mean MULTIPLE FUCKING reports from me and others and you guys just give him slaps on the wrist but god fucking forbid i have fun with my friends.
DO NOT give me shit on "oh you should've made an Action request" or other bullshit on the things above.
