Why should this appeal be considered?: I was waiting for a dude to pay up his fee for the repair my friend had given him, the man did not pay, so I decided to boot the car in order to prevent me and the other road crew worker from being scammed. An officer paid us for the repair, and then we asked the owner of the vehicle to pay us for the removal of the vehicle.
I was just doing my job and helping my friend learn about the roadcrew job. Seeing as I was doing my job, I have no reason to be blacklisted. The owner of the car should simply have paid the fee for both the repair, and the clamp, and we would have been on our way.
