Why were you punished?: according to the reasoning given by Sadboy "Inappropriate use of OOC"

Why should this appeal be considered?: from what the moderator/admin Lhealey05 Said i asked for "Racheal Socks IRL number" which is bullshit as i wanted and intended to get their in-game number. though my use of OOC was incorrect even still as i should've done it in a RP sense. but im disputing based on the reasoning Lhealey05 gave me no more.

Based on your OOC logs you used it as an IC shout box with several messages where you ask for in character information and favors OOC, which is against the rules, so what part of the blacklist are you disputing?

Whether your intent was to get the player’s in game number or real life number, it is a rule break regardless as it would be classed as either 1.5 or 3.2. Therefore, the blacklist for misusing OOC is valid, especially because it wasn’t the first time you used OOC chat for IC purposes.
