Why were you punished?: 4.4 - Clamped and impounded multiple properly parked vehicles.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I did not clamped randomly. The cars are usually at middle of the road or parked badly, I asked for police to tow them and they said yes. my question was like "hey can I tow cars at casino they are badly parked" and then they said " ye ofc" . This is how I got the permition. it is the same for the suburbs
