Suggestion Title: Boost when Taking stimulants
Suggestion Description: When taking stimulants such as: Cocaine ,Meth ,Painkillers people should be more speedy and energetic for that touch of realism, when a player takes meth for example, their sensitivity should be increased, they should become faster aswell. Why make their sens faster? Well like in real life when taking a stimulant you lose co-ordination and you become more energetic. (This should also add a slim chance of making the player sick. 0.5% - 3% Chance)

Why should this be added?:
- To add more realism
- To make taking drugs have a better purpose

What negatives could this have?:
- People escaping police faster
- Making people sick in game (slim chance)

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Police having too much advantage, Drugs only being used for selling and not consuming.

meth gives u more strenght i believe, and every other drug has diff "boosts" as well, ciggarettes give u lower regen^ and so on.

This is already a feature, however only works on genetics and provide less visuals, this being the names.

Marijuana Increased perception and reduced intelligence
Meth Increased strength and reduced perception
Painkillers Increased regeneration (although reduced when nearing an overdose)

If we are going to make use of drugs more frequent with speed buffs etc. there should be greater penalties, starting with increasing the pop prices, or for example, increasing speed at the expense of your character being more fragile, this suggestion needs more thorough thinking and planning to ensure it's fair and balanced, don't think of this only being against the police, think in between criminal balance too
