At 2:05 the medic suggests that we kill him, drag him to the car and revive him. He also said that if he doesn't get in the car then, we'd have to find an admin.

Well you certainly didn't bother dragging him or even having a cruiser parked outside the scene. He's an idiot for running away and disobeying FearRP and he will be punished with a six hour ban however, you clearly don't know how to reason with two criminals at once and I still don't understand why you've arrested Yasha. You should've told him to back off if you didn't want him there, yet again I didn't see the situation before the black guy's death.
