Server Suggestion Breathalyzer

Suggestion Title: Breathalyzer
Suggestion Description: Item (not necessarily a SWEP, could be an inventory item like the bandages/stimpacks) that, after a progress bar or otherwise, prints the interacted player’s drug and alcohol history in the last few minutes.

Why should this be added?:
I hate doing /me and /desc

What negatives could this have?:
dev time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Having to pretend to enjoy playing cluedo in /desc and looc for 2 minutes

Features to replace any instance of /me and /desc is what the server needs, because 80% of the server don’t even know what a /desc is and you end up in LOOC psychological warfare

this would be too broken as people not knowing how to /me and /desc is a huge reason i get away with driving drunk or high or both.

This is not how breathalyzer's work from what I can tell. Apparently there is a Swedish company working on one that can detect 12 different various drugs but who knows if that's just fantasy.

Again, this is something people should be honest about in /me and /desc. It's saddening that we have come to this point that we need a breathalyzer tool because people don't know simple roleplaying mechanics but I guess it's good to see if they're stating the truth if you have a tool like this at your disposal.

I try to beveraed driver RP (mmmm, passive RP....) and cops just stare at me confused with the thousand yard stare because I don't have drugs or a gun and let me go. They can use /me and /desc they just refuse to as they don't want to bother.

But they'll use tools without issue so I support this.
