Suggestion Title: Useable Rubbish Bins

Suggestion Description:
- Allow for Rubbish Bins to be used and not just a prop! Adding the possibility for interaction and a small 'grid' of 4 within to place items and have a 'Trash' button below. :spam:

When selecting the 'Trash' button with items within, have a warning pop-up to inform players that the items will be deleted and non-refundable. (This could be limited to categories such as Food & Drink to prevent trashing of important items.)

Why should this be added?:
- To allow users to trash useless items that are stuck within their inventory. Items such as Burnt Fish, Cluttered Items or just random rubbish you find whilst fishing.

What negatives could this have?:
- People could trash items which are valuable, however, there may be a way to prevent this by blocking certain items like you see when you try to sell a Premium Token to a vendor.

What problem would this suggestion solve?:
- Stop cluttering of Storages, allowing players to get rid of unwanted items without having to 'drop' them on the ground, only for them to return to their inventory when they leave the server.

I do see the appeal with this suggestion for people wanting to declutter, but you can just sell items to NPCs to do this and you would at least get a little money with it too

Unless this was changed over the last few months, you can still sell them. Like Maddi said, I would keep the pumpkins for Halloween. The only things you can't sell are the illegal items such as guns, explosives etc.

Yeah you can just sell items so I don't really see the need for a way to delete unwanted items when you can just do it at a NPC and even get money for it.

There are some unsellable items though (and also some bugged props like my government property police barricades in my storage lol) so I think this would be better off as a public storage chest for hiding evidence or any other sort of item. Or as a easter egg hunt when you're giving out premium tokens. You can also ask staff for help so we can remover tool some unwanted items if there is something that cannot be sold.
Not sure if these should be exempt for rule 3.18 as anyone can access these storage spaces. If a item is left unattended for too long it will get actually deleted to prevent any abuse so there is some risk to this when not retrieved.

You cannot sell Burnt Fish either.
