How to reproduce the Bug: No idea, just randomly observed on several people

That appears to be StarwarsRP Majestic III light saber form stance, I think it is conflicting with perp content.

The only content I have on Gmod is exclusively PERP addons. I have nothing else subscribed to and I run menu_cleanupgmas each start automatically. Not an addon conflict thats for certain.

It was because the players' animations were updated on the server but you hadnt restarted your game.
