Description of the Bug: Brute issues

How to reproduce the Bug: There's several issues with the brute:
1. The indicator lights are not positioned correctly, they're in the air
2. Brake light only one works. Same for tail lights.
3. Seats stack https://i.imgur.com/dkiBZog.png (If it's due to space issues at least make that part not see-through)
4. The vehicle is like a wobbly cat
