Description of the Bug: cant buy 3 properties

How to reproduce the Bug: buy 2 properties then try to buy the 3ed and it will say you cant buy more than 3

Not a bug... It's meant to restrict you from buying too many properties at a high playercount iirc.

If there's a user friendly message, it generally is not a bug.

You can own either 2 shops or 2 properties and total 3 properties if I'm not mistaken?

as i know before we could buy 3 properties "Slums,projex.regals" now you can buy 2 and when you try to buy 3ed it say you cant own more than 3
