Right so i have knew this bug it can't be content if you're issuing this try to be cuffed by an officer it has worked for me so please try resolve this issue if it happens again. If it hasn't work go to your keybinding then reset them to default as you can't actually switch to them which you may have triggered it in someway please tell me if this helped your problem
