Description of the Bug: Can't jump on the window sills in the supervisor's office, but you can jump on the ones in the corridor

How to reproduce the Bug: Go to the supervisors office and try to jump on the window sills. There is seemingly an invisible wall preventing you from doing so. However, this doesn't happen in the corridor just outside. See clip for a demonstration.

I do believe this is a side effect due to the windows being bulletproof in the supervisor's office afaik
