Description of the Bug: Casino peaceful zone not working properly. I got screamed at by a player punching him in main lobby for this so I stopped

How to reproduce the Bug: Take your fists out, then run inside casino. Your fists will not be put away until you reach the gambling room. If you run with your fists out in the main front lobby, you can also then put them away, then pull them back out again. It only lets you not pull them out if you run inside the front lobby with something not a weapon. Also, the back entrance can have weapons pulled out inside, but then when you walk into the gambling room, the weapons get put away. Your weapon will always be put away ONLY when you go inside the gambling room.
