Description of the Bug: Chop shop mission car shows up as owned by the person doing the mission if they own no cars
How to reproduce the Bug: You need to do a chop shop mission (I am unsure if this only happens on the hard ones or on all three difficulties) without owning a car. You then need to get busted by police. I was told that I was the owner of the car and let go because of that.
