Description of the Bug: Customising Speedometer GUI Freeze

How to reproduce the Bug: - Go to Business repair / modification garage (opposite car dealer)
- Drive into the left-side
- Interact with NPC
- Click '...I want to modify my speedometer...'
- GUI freezes with a lua bug

This was because you were doing the chop shop mission and it tried to change the speedo of that car.
