Description of the Bug: Player unable to spawn a car due to LUA error

How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Enter the menu, but when attempting to "spawn car", a lua prevents it, prompting the error.

Time Stamp: 1:33 GMT +1, and whenever he does it.
