Description of the Bug: Dispatch CCTV cam break player when exiting view

How to reproduce the Bug: Become dispatchers
Open any CCTV Camera
Attempt to close CCTV Camera
Camera becomes frozen at Camera place. UI disappears, typing in chat says "You are frozen"

Same issue here, I also got this ZoomSlider error and the slider itself disappeared.

CCTV not usable at the moment. This was fixed when I was respawned by A1L.
