Description of the Bug: Dispatch: Home key jumps to end of previous line
How to reproduce the Bug: In dispatch computer, make an incident with 2 or more lines of description.
Place the text cursor on any line expect the first and press Home on the keyboard. The cursor jumps to the end of the line above
The "home" and "end" keys on the keyboard move the text cursor to the start or end of the current line in a text field. However, in the dispatch computer, pressing home jumps the cursor to the end of the line above. My best guess is it somehow moves to cursor past the invisible newline character? Therefore moving it to the previous line.
