Description of the Bug: Ford Transit's speedometer is not accurate

How to reproduce the Bug: Drive a double upgraded transit and try to reach its maximum speed.

Time Stamp: circa 15:30 BST

Errors: Ford transit's speed doesn't reach up to 54 mph, and while it does reach to around 51-52mph, it is not exactly reflected accurately on the speedometer.
