Description of the Bug: Forums on phone web browsers are buggy

How to reproduce the Bug: Try to load more messages in shoutbox, also the logo is different too and now that has changed.

You will notice that the load more messages button does not move back to the bottom again to allow for messages to be loaded and pretty much just broken whereas it worked flawlessly before. You also cannot click the same button again to load further older shoutbox messages.

this happens on desktop as well, i cleared my cache just in case and issue persists.
