Website Bug Report: Mobile shoutbox new line enter bug

Description of the Bug: On mobile shoutbox behaves weird, when you enter a message and press enter it will go into a new line instead of sending the message. If you then click on one of the new lines and hit enter, it will send the message. I am using Android on OxygenOS, regular Chrome app.

How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Enter message into shoutbox.
2. Hit enter
3. Click the new lines it makes instead of sending it.
4. Hit enter
