Can you clarify the issue? your screenshot and broad description dosent really explain much

The screenshot shows you require: "Level 1 strength, and level 1 intelligence" to craft the item. But you require from the top of my head: "Level 3 strength, and level 4 intelligence"

Likely, you require the Level 3 Strength, and Level 4 Intelligence to craft the weapon components, then the above skills to craft the actual gun from the components, which would make sense for it showing the above.

Ah, that would actually make more sense.

But its weird that its both level 1 compared to the other guns... Ahwell..
