Description of the Bug: Glitched border

How to reproduce the Bug: Drive a car along the edge of the map in this case i found it in the forest but have seen it other places too (above parker tunnel for example.) i reported that too

Time Stamp: As im creating this bug report

Errors: When driving a car along the border in the forest maybe in other places too idk you fall out of the map.

I had to free this individual today as he fell all the way down to another dimension.

Im not able to get a video without having to trap myself in the hole again which i would like to avoid
