Description of the Bug: i placed a car bomb and nothing happend

How to reproduce the Bug: idk, i just placed a car bomb and waited for them to start driving, but nothing happend

Time Stamp: 16:50 (GMT+2)

Errors: no visible error

Media: never got a clip, but demo could be useble

If a car has its engine on, while the bomb is placed, it won't blow up. Only after they turn off and turn on the engine will it blow up.

Do you think this could've been the case, happens most often with electric vehicles.

yes, i belive the car was still on but the engine was turned off then on again, but nothing happend
it was a tesla

It doesn't need fuel. A similar thing happened to me, when I car bombed an electric car at slums, and it ended up blowing later at bazaar after it was turned on again.

No idea, it also is everyone's choice to leave their car running. The engine will turn off, if it runs out of fuel, which in a tesla will take quite some time.
