Car doors don't despawn after a car bomb has gone off

Description of the bug: When someone's car gets car bombed, the door that blows off it does not despawn. Staff has to manually remove it.

How to reproduce the bug:

1. Car Bomb a car
2. Make it go boom
3. Congratulations!

I think it just happens when a car explodes in general

This is annoying to replicate, but I think this won't happen after the next update.
