Description of the Bug: I placed a PPS order numerous times in cash (i didnt have enough in my bank to pay for it) and I was getting the order confirmed message on my phone. I waited a while and didnt get it so I went to the PPS depot and my package wasnt there. So I kept placing the order but it still didnt spawn. I tried retry in console and still didnt work. It worked once I put the money in bank. I don't know if this is intended or not but may be a bug.

How to reproduce the Bug: - HAVE NO MONEY (OR ENOUGH FOR THE 30% DEPOSIT OR WTV) IN BANK
- ORDER ON PPS
- GET TEXT OF ORDER CONFIRM
- LOOK INSIDE PPS DEPOT
- PACKAGE DOESNT SPAWN
- DEPOSIT MONEY
- IT WORK
