Description of the Bug: I was removed from Mayor as the AFK check was not clickable.

How to reproduce the Bug: Sitting in chair doing Mayor duties and AFK check appears.

I was setting Policies and things, when the AFK check removed me from the job but I could not click on the AFK check so I was forced to sit there in the chair. Then became stuck in the Mayors office.

It is really hard to play Mayor when this keeps happening.
