Type of Bug: Lua
Description of the Bug: Impounding the chopshop car, causes the thief's own car to be despawned
How to reproduce the Bug: Attempt to impound the chopshop car, with the Thief's actual car being right next to it (at least in my case). It then said I impounded the car belonging to the thief, but instead sent his actual car back to garage.
Time Stamp: circa 11:30am
Errors: Impounding Chopshop, impounds the incorrect car.
