Description of the Bug: Incorrect Uniform Assigned To Medic

How to reproduce the Bug: Bug Report posted on behalf of satella.

Satella has reached max level however does not have the black uniform which she should apparently have unlocked.

She has attempted to leave the job & rejoin.

I reached paramedic superviser, I think I was meant to level \up once more in order to get black uniform but its not giving me a option?

This is not a bug, the Paramedic Supervisor is a red uniform with 4 stripes. Black uniforms are afforded only to the 3 Chief ranks, which are assigned daily to the 3 individuals with the highest XP.
