Description of the Bug: [Life Alert] Message different from actual location

How to reproduce the Bug: From several incidents I have seen the [Life Alert] message in chat as a different location to the actual location where the employee died. Not sure how to reproduce otherwise.

This is the city hall parking lot tho

He means the text in the life alert saying PD Main Street.
