Description of the Bug: Sometimes you have to reopen a text message for the 'unread' bell to go away
How to reproduce the Bug: Open phone when receiving a text (in this instance, DD location change), you will be on the messaging screen but returning back to the menu will display a bell to the text as if you hadn't read it.
