Description of the Bug: Mouse binds for push to talk do not work with menus open
How to reproduce the Bug: Set the binding for speech to a mouse button, like mouse button 4, and open a menu where talking should be allowed.
The dispatch computer was where I discovered this bug, as normally with the computer open you can still talk to answer 911 calls. However, with speech bound to a mouse key, I would have to exit the computer to speak.
