Description of the Bug: Multiple Workbenches inside of a Bazaar Shop sometimes cancels out the others crafting

How to reproduce the Bug: Get 2-3 people crafting at the same time in bazaar and it will sometimes say that this workbench is being used, when its not

Can confirm, currently the only fix is to have a staff member return one of the benches to storage, and have it be re-placed.
