Description of the Bug: New Org Rank Bug/Issue

How to reproduce the Bug: F3 and creating new ranks for your org

Ive gotten a bug as well where i get an error message when i either change number of rank or name of it.
It doesn't do anything but say the error, it still changes the settings i changed and save it for me though.
For me it comes randomly, sometimes i dont get an error message and sometimes i do its a bit random.
