Type of Bug: Lua
Description of the Bug: NPCs alert police over archived warrants
How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Place a "Wanted for Questionning" remark on a suspect
2. Arrest and jail the suspect (Wanted for Questionning automatically archived)
3. Suspect later interacts with a public NPC (i.e. Bank Teller)
4. Automatic Dispatch message in gov radio: "Wanted for Questioning suspect XYZ spotted at Bank!"
I was also told by @lencz that he could not see the warrant at all anymore, not sure if that is intentional.
