Description of the Bug: Organization members/allies bug

How to reproduce the Bug: Try adding members to your organization

Time Stamp: n/a

Errors: My org has 5 members and 4 allies. I can't add anyone else to the org. I am not sure if this is a bug but based on the update post I do feel as though this is a bug. I'm sure if you have 4 allies you would be able to have more people in the org than 5
