Description of the Bug: Property search warrant stays active while archived

How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Set a property search warrant.
2. Archive the property search warrant.
3. Check the wanted list (user is gone).
4. Do a manual record check.
5. Property will show as having an active warrant.

It also seems that the user is unable to join a job etc, since the warrant is still active.
