Description of the Bug: Random Brightness reduction when looking at dark parts of the map.

How to reproduce the Bug: Go to a resolution 1024x768(unsure if its effected with different Resolutions)
Wait untill night,or drive towards Forest/to a dark area of the map
Your screen for whatever reason should become Darker with the map.
