Description of the Bug: RC station not working after doing the Chop Shop mission

How to reproduce the Bug: Spawn your car before doing the chop shop
Go do the chop shop and complete it
Go to RC station with your car and attempt to repair it at the NPC
The NPC will say that your car is too far to be repaired and will refuse to repair it.
