Description of the Bug: Repair car with wrench timeout

How to reproduce the Bug: When trying to repair the car with a wrench for the first time you immediatly get the notification: this vehicle can not be repaired manually for another: {time}.

This should be after the first repair with a wrench imo.

Errors: This vehicle can not be repaired manually for another: {time}
