Description of the Bug: Ringing people on PNC with no phone keeps your phone stuck out ringing.
How to reproduce the Bug: I called someone using the PNC earlier by pressing the "call" button with their number next to it, I couldn't put the phone down and it rang for about 2 minutes until an officer could taze me to put it down. I think it happened because I didn't physically have a phone on me.
